To recover from yesterday’s tough ride, Brian and Garrett start with brunch and some spa time before hitting the road for another forty-four-kilometer (around twenty-seven-mile) ride.
The first stop is in the city of České Budějovice, home of the Budvar (Czech for Budweiser) brewery. With a long road ahead, there is just time for a quick sip and a sneak peek into the museum before hitting the road again. The ride, and the overall trip, seem to be flying by.
The Travel Vlogger team arrives with daylight to spare and enjoy a walk around the historic, medieval, UNESCO-protected town of České Krumlov. The castle, atmosphere, and the river encircling the city make this one of the Czech Republic’s most picturesque destinations. Dinner at Krčma U dwau Maryí (The Two Marys) closes out the night with an old Bohemian feast.
This route is perfect for connecting some of the Czech Republic’s most popular cities. Next up, the team visits an Iron Curtain museum and faces Mother Nature’s unpredictability.
